剪瓷雕（又稱“剪粘”、“堆剪”）是閩南古建築屋頂獨特的裝飾藝術。匠人將廢舊碎瓷精心剪裁、打磨，再鑲嵌於灰泥胚體之上，點廢成金，拼接出華美精緻的立體造型。
