4月1日，適逢「哥哥」張國榮離世二十周年，為了紀念這位已故樂壇巨星，《勁歌金曲張國榮特輯》特別邀請多位歌手獻唱哥哥的作品，炎明熹(Gigi) 「打頭陣」獻唱哥哥經典金曲《今生今世》，經過多番練習，Gigi以自己的方式演繹歌曲，悅耳動聽具穿透力，連這首歌的作曲人許願亦讚賞炎明熹，Gigi：「雖然他(許願)讚我，但我覺得這作品還有很多不足之處，就是我覺得自己的演繹，還未達到理想中的效果。」
