中台灣第1個申請聚落登錄的台中市「水碓聚落」，近日發動連署，希望爭取更多網友支持認同，卻面臨「叫好不叫座」，1個月來僅75個團體、臉書145人簽署，少得可憐；文史工作者認為是知名度低、宣傳不足關係，中市文化局表示，連署少不會影響登錄，已進入第一階段會勘。台中市目前文化資產7大項目中，聚落登錄的數字至今掛零；文化局文化資產管理中心組長楊光評說：「水碓聚落確是都市叢林中，難得完整保有早年村庄巷弄紋理與古建築風貌！」很支持水碓社區成為第一個登錄永久保存的部落。台中市府也抱持樂觀其成態度，表示進行土地重劃，特別將水碓部落劃入公園綠地，就是要完整保留聚落原貌。發起人台中市原鄉文化協會總幹事江慶洲說：「再不做登錄工作，300年的古庄，就要面臨滅…
