台南知名的水叮噹親水樂園，原本是台南市城西焚化爐花了近三億建造，用來回饋里民的遊樂設施，這個夏天遲遲不開放，當地里長帶里民入內察看，一看竟然發現，漂漂河變成垃圾河、滿是青苔，大廳天花板掉落，好好的戲水樂園變成這樣，讓居民相當不滿，痛批環保局監督不周，希望能趕快整理好，讓居民有游泳池可以玩。 http://news.cts.com.tw/cts/life/201207/201207251056517.html
