Shyam Mukhija, registered in the Sadar Bazar constituency, was flagged for a “self-name mismatch” between voter records. He is reportedly the oldest person among those sent notices. The notice has attracted attention because of Mukhija’s recorded age, but it concerns a discrepancy in his name.
