Jaipur - the Pink City - is one of my most favorite cities to visit as a weekend getaway from New Delhi. We reached Jaipur in less than 5 hours on an early morning drive from the capital with our friends. This time, we savored different experiences in Jaipur. Yes, we visited the Amer Fort and much renowned attractions but apart from that we also did one of the most offbeat things to do in Jaipur. We visited Jaipur Parantha Junction to try out India's biggest Parantha ever made. Jaipur Parantha Junction is a restaurant on Vijay Path, New Sanganer Road, Mansarovar, Jaipur. It remains open from 11AM to 11PM. It is the only restaurant in India where you can eat a 32" parantha that is so large and so heavy that even me and my friends couldn't finish it all. Six of us ordered aaloo pyaaz parantha and even saw the process how the parantha was made. The kitchen was clean and the chef was sweet enough to let us see the cooking process. It was a delight to experience and see how the parantha came into shape. We would recommend everyone to visit Jaipur Paratha Junction and taste the biggest parantha.
