제가 얼마 전에 물컹거리지 않고 부드럽게 먹는 것에 포커스를 두고 가지 덮밥 만들어 올렸었는데요^^ 가지 껍질 왜 벗기냐? 안토시아닌 아깝다 안벗기면 안돼냐? 라는 댓글이 많이 달리더라구요. 예~ 맞아요. 가지는 껍질에 안토시아닌이 많아요. 하지만 가지를 먹기 힘든 이유 중에 하나가 이 껍질 때문이라 다 벗기고 싶었지만 꾹~ 참고 그래도 조금 남겨 뒀었는데.. 역시 구독자님들은 예리하시더라구요^^ 그래서 고민하다가 조금이라도 먹을 때 덜 걸리적거리도록 껍질에 칼집을 내 줬어요. 전자레인지에 한번 돌린 후 오일 두른 팬에서 꾹꾹 눌러 가면서 구운 후 계란 푼…
